THE CEDARS TIMES

The Cedars Times is the client newsletter for  The Cedars of Marin Victory Center for Arts and Communications. The Victory Center assists those with developmental disabilities in expressing themselves through art and authorship. Each client receives assistance (if needed) with writing his or her stories. 

The Cedars Times supersedes the Cedars newsletter, "The Mystery Voices." In an effort to reach a global audience and make the publication easily accessible, we've moved it online. The previous newsletter mentioned above was  circulated among Cedar's clients and their families. However, we were limited in the number of people we could reach since "The Mystery Voices" was exclusively being distributed in hardcopy format. Moving the newsletter online has given the clients a greater incentive to continually produce new material.

Our Shop For Cedars page showcases original artwork created by clients at The Cedars of Marin. Clients use professional quality drawing and watercolor paper along with watercolors, acrylics and art sticks. Every work of art you purchase is a one of a kind.

Visit our Cinema page to watch original stories written and or dictated by clients. Be more engaged in what clients have created through sound effects, background pictures and music. Many of the songs were created by mixing and matching beats from a variety of genres.
